Follow the steps below: 1. On your 5100 keypad, go to "automation" 2. "Garage door setup: 3. "Garage door 1" 4. "Assign device" 5. Enter serial number. Then you're done there 7. Click the program button on the 5877 8. Return back to the 5100, select 'garage door 1/opener 1' and push the 'learn' button. The pairing is successful if you hear the relay click
