Power supplies of the PS900 series are highly configurable to meet the evolving needs of the electronic access control market. They are dependable and versatile, and a variety of option boards can be used to configure them on the spot. Due to its usage of separate battery management, downstream devices are safeguarded by tight output power regulation. Three models are part of the series: PS902, PS904, PS906, and PS914. They range in total output amperage capacity from 2 to 6 amps. Polarized locking connectors and a flat mounting board enable easy installation, making in-field extensions essentially plug-and-play. Additionally, the design makes it simpler to link electrified devices, such as card readers, electric strikes, and electromagnetic locks, to the terminal blocks. An overload of devices cannot draw too much current thanks to overload protection. Continuous power supply capability with battery backup. LED indicator gives visual status on DC output and is externally visible AC input indication with isolated SPDT contacts. Order in accordance with specifications or field configuration; polarized plug-in connections are used on option boards to facilitate in-field extensions. Option boards provide simple relays, advanced logic with sequencing and timing, control of panic devices, fire alarm relays, and battery backup in addition to basic fuse protection. A fire alarm relay, a battery backup board, up to three option boards, and one or two batteries can all fit in the cabinet. |
