The Vitek VT-EHL4/500 is an economical, high definition, 4-channel, 500GB EHL Series Digital Video Recorder. The VT-EHL4/500 features 4 video inputs, as well as one main output, one spot monitor output, and one VGA output. This makes the VT-EHL4/500 a versatile and low cost solution for your security needs. The VT-EHL4/500 uses H.264 compression, greatly increasing the amount of footage you can store, without sacrificing quality in the slightest. The VT-EHL4/500 can capture up to 120 images per second, both recording and live display, ensuring that every detail is captured. This product also features four alarm inputs and one relay out.
The VT-EHL4/500 ships with 500GB of storage, and can support a maximum of 4TB over two hard drives. Combined with its excellent compression rate, his allows you to store countless hours of footage locally. The VT-EHL4/500 also allows for backup of data either locally through USB, CD, or DVD, or remotely via the internet or FTP. This affords you peace of mind that your data is secure and readily available.
The VT-EHL4/500 supports DDNS, and DHCP protocol, installing easily onto an existing network. The VT-EHL4/500 allows remote viewing of footage over LAN, over a secure internet connection, and through a number of web browsers including Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, and IE. This product comes with Central Management Software included. The Vitek also provides mobile apps on both the App Store and the Android Marketplace for remote connection and monitoring of the VT-EHL4/500. The VT-EHL4/500 comes with an easy to setup and use embedded Linux OS, and video footage is compatible with Windows and Mac OS products as well. The VT-EHL4/500 can be configured to send Health and Event notifications through e-mail, providing you with the assurance that the unit is properly maintained, and keeping you up to date.
The VT-EHL4/500 is a dynamic product, and can be controlled via the front panel, USB mouse, or with an IR remote control. PTZ control is transmitted via RS-485. The VT-EHL4/500 operates at 12VDC, fitting into most common security applications. |
