The UTC Interlogix DHF-1224B is a semi-flush mount, brass door holder. No brackets are needed for installation and the unit uses an extremely low current draw. Low residual magnetism makes for an easy release, even on low pressure doors. Optional extension rods easily adapt to door/wall gap distance.
