The Verint S1704-E-TA is a 4-input high-performance, DVD-quality Ethernet video server with on-board analytics, designed for video monitoring and surveillance over IP networks. The unit is equipped with one bi-directional audio channel.
The S1704-E-TA can deliver up to 4CIF, 30 Frames Per Second(FPS) for multi-camera applications requiring optimal image quality. With MPEG-4 SP video compression, dynamic bandwidth allocation, and dual streaming capabilities, the unit helps optimize use of valuable network resources.
The S1704-E-TA also features sophisticated on-board analytics, fully integrated with the Nextiva platform and applications. These analytics "at the edge" can dramatically reduce video transport and storage requirements and leverage all Nextiva capabilities, including automated health monitoring, event notification, and rules-based video distribution. |
