This electromagnetic shear lock offers superior hold force, with a 3000 lb. rated hold force and a microprocessor controlled electronic design that includes auto sensed voltage, auto relocking, adjustable relock time delay and options for integration with an access control system. It is available in mortise mount and low profile surface mount options, both of which feature a patented design with locking tabs on the magnet assembly and mating grooves in the armature plate. It is UL10C listed for positive pressure fire tests of door assemblies, ANSI/BHMA A156.23 Grade 1 and cUL approved, and meets CSFM requirements and is able to jump a 1/4" gap with no in-rush current.
