The Gentex CO1209 120VAC 9VDC Single/Multiple Station Carbon Monoxide Alarm is designed to be used as an evacuation unit for apartments, homes, hotels, motels, and hospitals. This carbon monoxide smoke alarm comes with a 9VDC battery backup, an electrochemical sensor, and a 3100 Hz frequency horn. The smoke alarm comes with DUALINK differentiation tones that indicate when smoke or carbon monoxide is detected. Relay contacts run on battery backup, indicator warns users when battery is low or missing, and the device can be connected in tandem with other Gentex alarms. This carbon monoxide alarm is backed by a one year warranty from the date of purchase. The CO sensor is backed by a 5 year limited warranty.
