MPSR1-SHTW-GE is a manual waterproof and explosion-proof station from the MPSR series (weatherproof backbox included). These manual pull stations are noncode fire alarm stations made of a sturdy die-cast material and are manufactured by Edwards. To prevent corrosion, every component has been pre-painted or has had its surfaces plated.

There are variations of the manual pull stations in the MPRS series that are both waterproof and explosion proof.

With either single pole (usually open) or double pole (normally open/normally closed) connections, the waterproof variants are available in single action and double action. They can also be had with a key reset or a tool reset.



The single action, normally open/normally closed, and key reset contacts on the explosion-proof type are included. The pull station is NEMA 4X rated for outdoor usage and is listed for Class I Groups B, C, and D, Class II Groups E, F, and G, and Class III settings.
